PGMI UIN Malang – The comprehensive examination for education and religious studies in the June period of 2023, held by the Faculty of Education and Teaching Science, was attended by all students of the Elementary Islamic Teacher Education Program who have completed their coursework and met the requirement of successfully passing the thesis proposal defense. The Comprehensive Examination is conducted to assess students’ level of mastery in their academic field and to evaluate their interdisciplinary thinking abilities, as a prerequisite for taking the Thesis Examination. Additionally, the purpose of the comprehensive examination is to measure the breadth of students’ knowledge and insight.
The comprehensive examination for education of students in the PGMI (Islamic Education Management) Program, February 2023 period, was conducted on a single day, Wednesday, February 8, 2023. It was attended by 3 students in one session. The first session had 3 students with 1 supervisor and 1 operator overseeing the examination. Similarly, the comprehensive examination for religious studies of students in the PGMI Program, February 2023 period, was also conducted on a single day, Wednesday, February 8, 2023. It was attended by 3 students in one session. The first session had 3 students with 1 examiner, who was a lecturer. These examinations took place at the Meeting Room, Megawati Building, 2nd floor, from 09:00 AM to 10:15 AM, and from 01:00 PM to 03:30 PM.
The comprehensive examinations for education and religious studies in the February 2023 period were attended by 3 participants out of 3 registered candidates, all of whom were PGMI students in their 8th semester or higher. All 3 participating students successfully passed the examinations.
