PGMI UIN Malang – Malang, June 4, 2023 – The leadership training activity was attended by all students of the 2020 batch of PGMI (Islamic Education) who will participate in a scouting activity on August 1, 2023. The speakers for this activity were from the Scout Club of UIN Malang. The activity was conducted via Zoom and was opened by the head of the PGMI program at UIN Malang, Mr. Bintoro Widodo M.Kes. Through this activity, the students received guidance on how the scouting activities would be conducted. It was mandatory for all students of the 2020 batch to participate in the scouting activity, and therefore, the leadership training aimed to prepare them for the upcoming event. By conducting this leadership orientation, the students became better prepared to participate in the upcoming scouting activities.
During the leadership orientation activity, the students raised several questions to the speakers. The discussion session helped the students prepare the necessary items for the scouting activity. Before concluding the orientation, the Head of the PGMI program at UIN Malang delivered a message to the students, encouraging them to participate in the upcoming activities with enthusiasm. The event was then closed by the PGMI Program Secretary at UIN Malang, Mrs. Maryam Faizah M.Pd.I, who served as the moderator
In preparation for an upcoming scouting activity, the PGMI program organized a leadership orientation specifically for the students. The orientation aimed to provide information and guidance regarding scouting and leadership roles within the scouting organization. During the orientation, the students were informed about the objectives and importance of scouting, as well as the various activities and responsibilities they would undertake during the scouting event. The orientation also included discussions on teamwork, problem-solving, and effective communication within the scouting context.
The students actively participated in the orientation by asking questions and seeking clarification on various aspects of the scouting activity. This interactive session proved beneficial in helping the students prepare the necessary items and equipment for the scouting event. Before concluding the orientation, the Head of the PGMI program delivered a motivational message, encouraging the students to approach the scouting activity with enthusiasm and a positive mindset. The event was closed by the PGMI Program Secretary, who also expressed her support and wished the students success in their scouting endeavors. With the leadership orientation and socialization on scouting, the PGMI students are now well-prepared and ready to actively participate in the upcoming scouting activity
